Refund Policy:

  • Products purchased from www.scalagears.com: Refund requests can be initiated within 7 days of product delivery. To request a refund, fill and submit the “/Refund Request” form on www.scalagears.com. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of product delivery will not be entertained.
  • Products purchased from a Scala Gears Authorized Dealers: The refund policy for products bought from authorized dealers depends on the independent refund policy of each specific dealer. Prior to purchase, it’s advisable to confirm the exchange policy with the dealer.
  • Products purchased from a Scala Gears Authorized Online Reseller or online marketplace (e.g., Amazon/Flipkart): Refunds for items bought from authorized online resellers or marketplaces are subject to their refund policy. Before purchasing, it’s recommended to verify the refund policy of the online reseller or marketplace.

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery by filling and submitting the “/Refund Request” form on www.scalagears.com. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • Upon receiving explicit email confirmation from our team, please ship the product back to the address provided. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Scala Gears is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss during transit to our warehouse.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and parts intact. Approval of the refund request is contingent upon physical inspection by our quality control team at our warehouse.
  • We retain the discretion to accept or decline refund requests based on the outcome of the physical verification. If the product passes inspection, we will approve the refund request and notify you via email. However, if the product fails verification due to not being in unused, factory mint condition, the refund request will be denied, and the product will be returned to the original address specified in the order.
  • If the product passes the physical verification, the refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
  • If you choose to proceed with a refund, please note that a 2% deduction from the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product will be applied as Payment Gateway Fees. Once initiated, we will send you a transaction acknowledgment via email. Allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
