Take photos of the consignment, make a note of the damage or missing items on the shipping label or receipt, and ensure the delivery person acknowledges it by signing off.

This documentation is essential for initiating a claim with our logistics (delivery) partner for replacement or reimbursement. Upon receiving your photos and the signed shipping label or receipt detailing the damage or missing items, we will swiftly dispatch a replacement and manage the claim process directly with our logistics (delivery) partner.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
